Since I haven't had the time to put out a podcast in the last couple weeks, I wanted to post real quick about who won the last contest. I'd like to congratulate Dave from New Jersey who not only won a brand new Fullmetal Alchemist The Movie DVD, but also got a t-shirt as well!

If you remember I played a short montage of 5 different anime songs in episode 50. To be included in the drawing you had to identify all 5 of the songs. If you weren't able to get all five, here they are:

• Melissa by Porno Graffiti. This was the first opening theme for Fullmetal Alchemist.
• Konya wa Hurricane by Kinuko Oomori. This was the opening song for the first episode of Bubblegum Crisis.
• Tank! by the Seatbelts and composed by Yoko Kanno. This was the opening theme of Cowboy Bebop.
• Tobe! Gundam, the opening theme from Mobile Suit Gundam (First Gundam).
• Cruel Angel's Thesis, opening theme for Neon Genesis Evangelion.

I really thought these wouldn't be too hard but most of you got stuck on the Gundam and Bubblegum Crisis tunes. I thought the Gundam one was the hardest, but not too hard since I reviewed Gundam in the same episode. Speaking of the podcast you might have noticed that I haven't put anything out in the last couple weeks. With the holiday season upon us I've been really busy with work, life, and some personal stuff. This is the busiest time of year at my job since I work for a shipping company. So I might not put out anything new until next month.

Author and podcaster extraordinaire Tee Morris brings us a convention report from Anime USA, which took place November 17-19 in Tysons Corner, VA.
